Sales, Shipping and Refund Policy

My Computer Store holds your privacy in the utmost respect and is committed to protecting any personal information you have provided to us while using our online web sites or our services. My Computer Store will NEVER divulge or sell personal information of its clients without the clients' expressed written or verbal consent. The following is our Privacy Policy that is meant to provide you with important information regarding your privacy.

HOURS OF OPERATION
If you would like product or pricing information, our tech support team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm EST, however you may place orders 24 hours a day. You may call 1-888-2FIX-PC4U for regular business hour support, and we offer our "Ask a Tech" feature that should be used after normal business hours. You may also visit our online support forums and ask questions and get answers.

SALES LOCATIONS
MyComputerStore.com will only sell and ship within the continental United States. No shipments may be mailed to APO or FPO addresses, US territories, or addresses outside of the United States.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your MyComputerStore.com purchase, please call 1-888-2FIX-PC4U to request an Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 7 calendar days of the receipt of your product.
You may also log on to your account HERE and click on the My Account Tab at the top. Log on, and click Return Items, then click New RMA to create your new RMA request. If you have a previous open RMA with us, you may check that on your account page as well.  Please feel out the form completely and your RMA will begin processing.
If the purchased item is returned unopened and in the original box, we will exchange the item, or offer a refund based on your original method of payment. Once an RMA is received, you must return the item within 10 business days to the mycomputerstore.com warehouse. All products must be packed and shipped in the original packaging including accessories, manuals, and and documentation or registration materials. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

Please Note that mycomputerstore.com will not permit the return or refunds on the following products:
        1. Any product that is custom configured to your personal specifications
        2. Opened Memory Products
        3. Opened Software of any type
        4. Any Electronic Software Downloads
        5. Any Custom Programmed Software

mycomputerstore.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit for RMA. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking and either insure your package, or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected should your package be lost. You will be held for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) PRODUCTS
Should you receive any product that shows signs of hardware failure which prevents normal operability with the first use out of the box, the hardware may be DOA. If you believe your product may fall into this category, please call mycomputerstore.com technical support at 1-888-2FIX-PC4U (1-888-234-9724) within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. Mycomputerstore.com technical support will determine if your product is, in fact DOA, and issue you an RMA number.

The same item you ordered will be shipped to you at mycomputerstore.com's expense, however a credit card number may be obtained to secure new product shipment. Once new product is received, you will be responsible for returning the DOA item in the supplied packaging within 7 business days of receipt of new product. If your DOA product is not returned within 7 business days, your credit card will be charged for the shipping and product cost of replacement hardware.

DOA TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The mycomputerstore.com DOA policy does not include third party hardware that was not originally purchased from mycomputerstore.com. Mycomputerstore.com  is not responsible for any problems or damage that occurs due to third party hardware coupled with products purchased from mycomputerstore.com.

Mycomputerstore.com reserves the right to test returned DOA products. If the product has been misrepresented by the customer, mycomputerstore.com may impose a $200 handling fee.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Mycomputerstore.com will email you a copy of your invoice or receipt upon successful order completion. Information from your proof of purchase may be required to properly process all RMA requests and returns.

SALES TAX
Mycomputerstore.com purchases will include sales tax based upon your shipping address and the tax rate in effect at the time of your purchase. Sales tax IS NOT added to shipping charges. Any Ohio resident or business will be required to pay a 7.5% sales tax on all ordered products.
All documentation received from mycomputerstore.com will include sales tax amounts.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
Mycomputerstore.com offers the following shipping terms:

1. Standard Shipping: Products shipped via standard (ground) shipping, are normally delivered within 5 business days after shipment.
2. 2-Day Shipping: If 2-Day shipping is chosen, products shipped prior to 5 p.m. EST are usually delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time, two business days after shipment.
3. Overnight Delivery: If overnight delivery is chosen, products shipped before 5 p.m. EST are usually delivered by 3 p.m. local time one business day after product ships.

ORDER PROCESSING
The estimated shipping date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time, and do not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we received all the information needed to fulfill payment or full authorization in the case of credit cards or paypal.

All orders placed on weekend days or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

In order for in-stock items to be shipped the same business day as order, all orders must be received by 2 p.m. EST pending payment processing. If an item is low stock, please call for availability before placing order, as unexpected changes in supply can affect the availability of product.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all Federal Holidays.

PRICING
Mycomputerstore.com will always offer competitive pricing on current technology products. Your total price will include product price, plus and applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Mycomputerstore.com reserves the right to change pricing for all products displayed at any time.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mycomputerstore.com is not responsible for typographical errors.
Mycomputerstore.com reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
